Exchanges & Returns
A careful choice is better for everyone.
I want you to feel comfortable choosing your woollen. Start with the Size & Fit guide, and ask me if you are unsure. If it still is not right, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return condition
The garment must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with tags attached. Proof of purchase is required. Contact me before sending anything back; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
How to request a return or exchange
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on the size and colour inventory remaining. If the requested replacement is unavailable, you may choose another available garment or receive a refund for the returned item.
Return postage
Unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the garment is received and inspected. Bank processing times vary.
