Shipping within Canada

Orders are prepared within 2–3 business days.

• Tracked shipping: C$20 for merchandise subtotals under C$250.
• Free tracked shipping for merchandise subtotals of C$250 or more, calculated after discounts and before tax.

The estimated delivery time is 3–9 business days after dispatch. Tracking information will be emailed when the parcel is sent. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, remote destinations or carrier delays.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch has begun.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact hello@karuwoollens.ca within 48 hours and include photographs of the item and packaging. Please keep the packaging while the carrier claim or replacement is reviewed.
