It's knitted on manual knitting machines and finished by hand in Kathmandu by a team I had the pleasure of spending time with.

Do not rely on your usual size alone. Lay a jacket you already like flat and compare it with the chart below. Chest is measured straight across from armpit to armpit; body length runs from the high shoulder beside the collar to the hem; sleeve length runs from the outer shoulder seam to the cuff.
